17 km of uncrowded sandy beaches and secluded coves to explore, some only acessible via steep cliff tracks. Mojacar is well known for its all year round warm climate and what better way to idle away a few hours via beachcoombing or taking in the suns rays whilst swimming. |

| Mirador de la Plaza Nueva |
|
The highest point of the old town, offering excellent views towards la playa piedra villazar and marina de la torre. Well worth the climb, but not for the faint hearted in the heat of the sun.
Half way up you will pass the Tourist office, which is also part of the police station.

Western movies were the most popular Hollywood genre, legendary stars such as Clint Eastwood, Lee van Cleef, Claudia Cardinale and Charles Bronson strutted their stuff here in the dry heat on film sets which fans will recognise from such great films as The Good, The Bad and The Ugly, A Fistful of Dollars and The Magnificent Seven. One hours drive from Mojacar, shows every day except Monday at 12:00 and 17:00 |

Choose the level of difficulty and the amount of time you want to spend in a cave, minimum duration 1.5 hours. Call to reserve your helmet, light and guide.
Alternatively if pot holing is not your seen, try the visitors center, near the main entrance to the historic part of Sorbas. There is an artifical cave and video that you can enjoy.
